Our Story

"What are the four hardest things in the world?

The fourth is tungsten, the strongest metal.

The third is diamond, which cuts glass.

The second is knowing yourself.

And the hardest thing in the world is dealing with what you know about yourself."
- James L. Thomas

Healing the world begins with healing oneself. Only when we shed the narratives of who we are and what we were taught as right or wrong can we truly begin to see one another as human beings: full of contradictions and fully deserving of love.

The path to finding ourselves is also the path of healing our deepest wounds: cultural, generational, personal, and societal. We were not meant to walk alone. We cannot do it without strengthening our connection to our bodies, our communities, and to the earth.
We support holistic, radical forms of healing rooted in body and spirit. Healing that honors indigenous wisdom as ancient as human history.
